Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Remove all packaging. Separate fillets and wrap fish together in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 18 minutes
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. As the natural thickness and size of the fish and the performance of cooking appliances varies this is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Poach
To poach from chilled. 5-6 mins
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place fish in a pan with enough milk or water to cover.
During cooking: Bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 5-6 minutes.

Cooking instructions: ShallowFry
To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked or poached. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down
During cooking: Cook for 10-11 minutes on a medium heat, turning frequently during cooking.
